  18. The problem is that this is not true for computers. Sure, you can
  19. build base machines that are cheap but you cannot build the large
  20. variety of configurations that consumers want for a computer.

  22. This means that the consumer has to get something extra for the
  23. money and I fear that's no longer possible with a proprietary
  24. system of custom chips.
